Factory Window Room Divider

Fair warning, there may be a trend developing on this blog and it has mostly to do with loft spaces and factory windows. I love them, I want them, and much to the consternation of most everyone I want to paint my window trims black in an attempt to create the effect in my own apartment. I’ve been particularly obsessed with the idea of using factory windows as a room divider but I haven’t as yet found a place that sells them. I’ve google searched just about every combination of the words and so far I haven’t found a DIY of someone else doing this in their home. If you have any tips, please share!

In the meantime, please enjoy designer Anine Bing’s loft studio space. It has the whole look I’m going for so this is not the first nor the last loft studio factory window situation you’ll be seeing here. Hope you don’t mind.
