I’ve been looking forward to showing you my favorite bar in Shanghai, Glamour Bar at M on the Bund. Glamour Bar features “stunning views and an iconic interior,” and even though it’s a bar, there are so many great interior ideas that can be applied to the home!
I went there for drinks and knew I just had to feature it on the blog, so thank you to Glamour Bar for letting me come in and take some photos!
I absolutely loved this bar area, with its mirrored shelves, colorful glassware, and red chandeliers.
I’d love to try this in a glam little kitchen. Open shelving with different colored sets of glassware (preferably vintage) would look smashing, and I especially like the contrast of the green glasses and the red chandeliers.
There were neon rats crawling on the walls.. maybe it’s the year of the rat?

A few personal touches and this could be a beautiful living room!
I’m also really into chevron floorboards right now (scroll up to see how great they look in the 1st photo).
I fell in love with the mirrored bar and pink lighting. I’ve never been a pink girl, but suddenly I’m noticing how fantastic it looks in all sorts of interiors! So what can we take away? Mirrors, orchids, pink, velvet seating and colorful glassware – recipe for perfection!
p.s. my latest post is up on coco+kelley! check it out 🙂
