INTERIORS:: Black & Blue (& white)

2 Things: Love the trunk coffee table in the first photo – of course I am partial as I too have a trunk coffee table. And 2nd, how stunning are those dining chairs? Who cares what the rest of the room looks like if you have those babies at your dining table? Right?

  1. ohh I love the chairs… the gold globe light fixture in the dining room… and the black tile in the kitchen!

I like the trunk idea too. I’ve seen it done with old luggage too!

If your ever visiting SF you need to check out this place called Urban Ore it is in Berkeley (city right next door if your not familiar with the area). The reason is it is basically a junkyard that keeps salvageable items. If you can imagine all the renovations done in the victorian homes in sf. All the stuff comes here. Great finds from huge trunks like that, vintage suitcases, desks, armoirs, chandeliers, door handles, french doors. All cheap…cheap…cheap. It is amazing!
